Solar assisted mechanical ventilation with heat recovery by means of a passive solar system

Each apartment is provided with a mechanical ventilation system that guarantees a high internal comfort and the optimal air change in all rooms.

The energy consumption for ventilation will be reduced exploiting the solar energy to preheat the external air.

Ventilation air will be preheated from the solar energy collected in the south faced conservatories in order to reduce heat demand for air ventilation.

455.4 m² of glasses conservatories are realised on the south face of the building for a total volume of solar energy storage of about 700 m³.
