Ecological building material guaranteed by certification

Certified ecological building materials have been chosen taking into account also the heat transmission characteristics.

The external wall (40 cm thick) consists in double wall made of light brick blocks with wood flour. The insulating material is wood fibre panels.

Floors are reinforced concrete and hollow tiles mixed floors with a layer of insulating light concrete and cork panels.

The apartments have wood flooring.

The double pitched roof consists in 2 layers of wood fibre panels and external tiles on a wood structure.

Windows are realised with double layers low energy glasses (λ = 0.7 W/m K) and wood frame (4/15/4).
