The green areas directly in front of the dwellings are for private use of the tenants. The other areas are public. These areas are specially designed for different use: Playing areas for small children with small hills and sand playing yards, relaxing areas for the adults with sitting places and light, small gardens for flowers and vegetables that can be rent and a playing yard on one corner of the area for the youngsters with a street-ball and fun-yard.
